Igor Mesenský – CEE head of M&A /KPMG/

With over 26 years of experience and more than a hundred transactions behind his name, Igor Mesenský is one of the leading M&A leading experts in the Czech Republic. His experience has included both domestic and cross-border transactions related to the privatization of companies and general valuation projects. His list of clients has encompassed large corporations, both domestic and international, and, SMEs, the latter with which he has done a significant amount of work in a variety of industries. Among his most noteworthy transactions are the privatization of Komerční banka, the sale of the Aral gas station network, and the acquisition of Innogy.
