Stanislav Kubáček – Senior Managing Director /Heimstaden Group/
Mr. Kubacek holds a degree in finance, accounting and corporate strategy from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris. Previously, he worked as an M&A analyst at Société Générale and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in London. Since 2010, his professional focus has been on transactions and asset management in the rental housing market. He has held senior management positions at BXR Partners in Prague, Olo Asunnot in Finland and Round Hill Capital in London. He was also the financial and then investment director of Residomo, which owned 43,000 flats in the Moravian-Silesian region, mostly after OKD. After Residomo was taken over by the Swedish company Heimstaden, he became head of its acquisition team for Central and Eastern Europe, Germany and Finland in October 2020.
